Apollo MFG uses three different carriers to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

Our carriers are:

• United Parcel Service (UPS)
• United States Postal Service (USPS)

UPS has teamed up with USPS to assist with deliveries for Standard Shipping. Under the UPS Smart Delivery Options, UPS will transport the package initially, then the package will be handed over to your local USPS for delivery to your shipping destination.

Merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case:

• You will not incur additional shipping charges
• Your shipping charge (if applicable) will be split across multiple packages when your order is shipped

Online Returns Policy

• You may return your new or unused product online within 60 days of purchase with the original Apollo MFG receipt or online packing slip.
• Orders with custom engraving are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be made in the form of original payment or an Electronic Gift Certificate (EGC).
• All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.
• Actual refund amount is subject to item discounts, tax and item condition
• A $6 shipping fee plus tax will be deducted from your refund amount if you utilize a return label from Apollo MFG.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
